Founded in 2010 by Wendy L. Votroubek, RN, BSN, MPH, LNC, Integrity Legal Nurse Consulting PDX is a legal nurse consulting firm dedicated to empowering attorneys with education, expert analysis, and transparency.

We are a team of expert/clinically active nurses, including Registered Nurses (RNs, including Board Certified in various specialties), Master’s Prepared (as in MSN – Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Public Health), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP), Forensic Nurse Examiners/Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners for Pediatric and Adults (SANE-P and A), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP).

While we primarily serve clients in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, our team operates across the US and works with clients in other states.
